AACE members comprise of technical and management skill set in providing services for the private and public sectors. The Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering including Scheduling, Value Engineering, Cost Control , Project Control and Project Management. Our members come from all lines of profession from Design Engineering, Construction, Construction Management, private sector as well as the public sector. Our Section covers Oregon and Southwest Washington.
Since 1956, AACE International (Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering) has provided its members with the resources they need to enhance their performance and ensure continued growth and success. With more than 6,000 members worldwide, AACE International is the largest organization serving cost management professionals: cost managers and engineers, project managers, planners and schedulers, estimators and bidders, and value engineers. AACE International has members in 78 countries and currently includes 72 local sections.

All practitioners and professionals with an active interest in project costs, scheduling and management are cordially invited to participate in our organization.
When Do we meet?
Dinner meetings are generally held the second Thursday evening of each month in the downtown Portland metropolitan area. However, please refer to the meeting announcements to confirm the actual date and venue. Locations and timing vary due to joint association meetings, catering options and agenda format. In general, meetings start at 5:30 p.m. with registration and "get acquainted" time. Dinner commences at about 6:15 p.m., with the presentation at 7:00 p.m.
